Notification settings page lists a huge number of unrelated projects

Summary

It is not possible for me to change notification settings on the projects I care about because over 218k projects are listed in the Notification Settings view with no visible ordering.

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to profile settings.
  • Click on Notifications.
  • Wait for the page to load with the huge number of projects.

What is the current bug behavior?

A count of more than 218k projects are paginated in the list of projects I might want to change notification email address for.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I want to see only the projects that I'm participating in.
