/admin/projects?last_repository_check_failed=1 does not show repositories

GitLab CE 11.2.3 Omni Linux CentOS 7

As an admin if you have your nightly repository check enabled you may receive a similar email to this:

{X} projects failed their last repository check. See the affected projects in the GitLab admin panel You are receiving this message because you are a GitLab administrator for {https://gitlab.company.com|link=https://gitlab.company.com/admin/projects?last_repository_check_failed=1}

Where {X} is some number of repositories >= 1.

However, following the link https://gitlab.company.com/admin/projects?last_repository_check_failed=1

Will show you:

"No project found"

Health Check shows: Current Status: Healthy No Health Problems Detected

No issues can be found in the logs related to failed git checks.
