Skintone for some emojis is rendered incorrectly
Summary
For some reaction emojis and in markdown emoji skin tone is not rendered properly.
Steps to reproduce
Add :handshake: and :handshake_tone1: as reaction emoji or markdown emoji.
What is the current bug behavior?
The same image is displayed for emojis with all the skin tones as well as without skin tone specified.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Different image should be displayed for emojis with different skin tones specified.
