Hyperlink tooltip displayed incorrectly for multi-word hyperlink text affected by line wrap
Summary
When a multi-word hyperlink text continues on a new line because of a line wrap, a tooltip for it is disconnected – displayed in the middle of the line, rather connected to the part of the link that is hovered.
Steps to reproduce
In a comment or issue description create a hyperlink with multi-word link text. Resize your browser window so one of the words is displayed on one line and another word(s) is displayed on another. Hover over the hyperlink so the tooltip is displayed.
