Allow failed pipeline to notify external user without a confirmation

Problem to solve
Customer has external emails receiving pipeline notifications but when a build fails it throws the following warning which requires confirmation in order to proceed:
Logs may contain sensitive data. Please consider before forwarding this email.
I was unable to find any way to disable this.

Proposal
Customer should be able to work around manual input in order to send the notifications.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Pipeline notification confirmations to external users should have an option to disable the confirmation.
