Ability to hide some projects from group's Merge Requests list

Problem to solve

In a group with several projects, a user may regularly use only a subset of them. In that case, it's counterproductive to have less-used projects appear in the Merge Requests tab of the whole group.

Proposal

Allow the user to hide projects from 'action views' such as the Merge Requests tab.
