Follow-up from "Resolve "Username alignment issue on MR page""

This is a follow-up issue from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/21697

In the mobile view of an Issue/MR, the user status emoji should be placed next to the username on the same line. Right now, the username is a rendered as block element which prevents the emoji from being displayed next to it.
