Extend test suite by adding smoke test for adding a Personal Access Token

Steps:

• login to the platform
• navigate to the Profile Settings page
• in the Access Tokens tab, add a Personal Access Token with any API permissions
• validate the Personal Access Token was created and has proper permissions
