Allow mass assignment of another user to issues matching closing patttern
When a gitlab-ce~2091545 MR is submitted that addresses multiple issues, it would be useful to assign the author of that MR to these issues
Example MR:
This MR aims to closes 5 issues at once. It would be nice to be able to assign the author to all of those issues
