Label autocomplete only shows first 5 matching items...

When typing a label shortcut in a MR comment edit field, such as ~pick, the popup menu only shows the first 5 items.

The list is either not scrollable or it only contains 5 items. There are many more possible "pick" labels. I think it should show them all, or at least a much larger subset.
