DAST Site Profile Library - Access from Main Configuration page

Problem to solve

As a DAST user, I want to access the profile library so that I can create site and scanner profiles.

Intended users

• Sasha (Software Developer)
• Sam (Security Analyst)

User experience goal

The user should be able to access the profile library from the "Security & Compliance" => "Configuration" page.

Proposal

Flow (Figma file): user goes to the setting area

1. a user clicks on "Manage profiles"
2. they are directed to the profile library page
