AutoDevops doesn't create SSL/TLS secret and ingress controller logs errors

A customer is having issues with setting a GKE cluster from autodevops and getting the following errors when using ingress.

AutoDevops says everything has installed correctly but my `ingress-nginx-ingress-controller` is filling stackdriver with the error:

> error obtaining PEM from secret dashboard-8230855/production-auto-deploy-tls: error retrieving secret dashboard-8230855/production-auto-deploy-tls: secret dashboard-8230855/production-auto-deploy-tls was not found

Possible fix

Don't refer to the secret (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/auto-deploy-app/blob/e2852de5efa59d1866dff71d5bc47cd81c2294db/templates/ingress.yaml#L40) if it's not needed
