Customer data on service desk and auto link feature
We've been using several service desk apps, we are now using JIRA service desk with ATLAS CRM (jira addon) we are moving everything to gitlab but to move service desk theres a basic feature that we need in order to make it usable.
- Add ability to save customer data and custom fields (for example how to connect to client or personalized data). Company
- Define users of a Company Service Desk users with their emails
- When an email arrives it gets autolinked based on email or domain to a customer and to that email account so changes get to the client.
Create new ServiceDesk Tab on a ServiceDesk project to be able to configure Companies and Company Members All arriving mail have to be linked if match email or domain as a second rule.
