Show diff stats in merge request changes tab
It is very helpful to see a complete list of the changed files and the stats associated with them. This is why it is the established practice for many projects that use mailing lists to include the diff stats in the message. GitLab previously showed this information more prominently and should make it easier to access again.

The recent changes to improve Navigating files in merge request diff have removed the ability to glance at the entire list of file changes. I propose to make it possible to either show a full list at the top of the merge request (as before these recent changes) (in addition to the new sticky dropdown approach) or make it possible to toggle between the new sticky dropdown approach and the full list at the top.
Proposal
Show a full list of changed files above the diffs in the changed tab. It can be expanded or collapsed.
