View Time In List and Avg Time Per List On Boards

Problem

When viewing my issue board, I need to quickly see on each issue card how many hours it has been in the current list so I can understand if it is above/below the running average for all issues that pass through that list. I also would like to see what the running average is for a given list and how that has changed over time so I can better understand if we are improving our overall cycle times for each part of our workflow.
