Project Audit Events link not showing

Summary

• Projects all have an Audit Events list as per https://gitlab.com/<group>/<project>/audit_events
• The link to this page appears to be missing
• The link should appear under the Settings navigation for the project
• The link should only appear for users with Master or higher

Steps to reproduce

• Visit a project where you have Master access
• Visit the Settings page

What is the current bug behavior?

• No Audit Events link is visible

What is the expected correct behavior?

• A link for Audit Events should be shown
