Side margin is too wide on mobile to see more information at the same time.

In many issuable-related pages, we have too much side margins for mobile screens, which disable users to see enough information.
In list-style pages, we can see less number of items in a single view (e.g. Issues):
In detail-style pages, we can see less number of sentence in a single view as well (e.g. Issues):
Proposal
Currently we have 16px on sides for PC and for mobile, but they should be 16px for PC and 8px for mobile.
