GitLab's Built-in Project Templates do not include any Python projects

In June 2020, Python overtook Java to become the world’s 2nd most popular programming language (according to RedMonk’s ranking), yet GitLab doesn’t provide any built-in templates for Python projects. Considering it's popularity, GitLab should provide some built-in templates.
