Merge Request "opened at" time is not in the right timezone
Summary
If i open a merge request and immediately make a comment, the timestamp on the comment will be in the correct timezone, but the opened at time will be UTC.
Steps to reproduce
- Create merge request
- Make a comment
- Hover over the "Opened ______ by " timestamp
- Hover over the timestamp on the comment
- Notice that the opened at timestamp is after the comment timestamp (in my case by 4 hours currently since I am in America/Detroit timezone)
Example Project
joshfriend/bunnypedia!36 (merged)
What is the current bug behavior?
