Consider allowing the "view on GitLab" link on emails to be shown above the fold

Problem to solve
Currently, GitLab shows a "view on GitLab" link on the emails on the bottom part, and that part gets hidden to avoid repetition. However, that might make it difficult to discover that it is a possibility.
Proposal
Consider allowing the "view on GitLab" link on emails to be shown above the fold
