Package detail, on mobile view is impossible to see multiple tags

In the package details page, when opened on mobile view there is no possibility to show the tags when there are more than 1 since we only display a 10 tags button that is not clickable ( in the desktop version it shows a tooltip on hover )

The user should be able to click on the badge x tags and expand a list
