Label autocomplete ends when a colon is typed

We allow labels to include characters like :, however we terminate autocomplete when we encounter these symbols. For example if you are trying to autocomplete ~"devops:plan", this can be frustrating as there is also ~"devops:configure" among others.

We should continue the autocomplete across these symbols as long as there are labels that match.
