Remove conceptual info from CI YAML reference doc

This topic should be an easily-scannable reference doc. The conceptual information in the top section should be moved elsewhere.

This issue is also associated with the Doc Beautification epic. During the accumulation of introductory information (potentially on another page), when moving the blockquote that contains Marketing-related videos and resources, be sure that the introductory line of the blockquote introduces the resources in a more useful manner than the current text.
