Provide a "Reminder me later" option for the renewal banners

Overview

The options on the renewal banner for customers that are not yet ready to renew but also don't want to indicate they won't renew aren't great. The only option is for the customers to keep the banner displaying or dismiss it via the "X".

Proposal

Consider changing the "That's OK" text to something less final, like "Remind me later". Also consider updating the dismissal behavior to be done at the group level instead of the user level.

Customer feedback

1. the options are awkward where I don't want to pick either one and have to just "close" it. I think there is likely a way to have the user pick one of the action buttons but still "dismiss" it like "Thanks, this is being discussed" or something.
