Log Auto Delete Environment action

As a user I want to have a record of a deleted environment job.

Intended users

User experience goal

The user should be able to investigate a cancel deployment event

Proposal

Under the audit log add the following info:

<editor> = the user who pressed the cancel button

Author Action Target At
Auto Delete Job Environment Deleted <job_id> <name of environment> <timestamp>
