Allow custom group name attribute for group sync, or show more info in dropdown

A customer is using Novell eDirectory. They have custom attributes that correspond to human-readable group names. The group cn is a generated name like SG1234. When configuring LDAP group sync it's not obvious for them which group they are linking. They must look in the directory directly to discover the actual human-readable name. Can we allow custom group name attribute? Maybe another solution is to add some additional group information in the dropdown list.
In the second case we could add the ability to map a group name with a specific attribute. The field would be searchable on either cn or this group name attribute. The dropdown would show the name on top and cn underneath, similar to the way our user dropdowns work with full name on top and username below.
