Not able to run CI Pipeline on Gitlab images uploaded on gitlab registry.

Dear Colleagues,

We have installed and uploaded gitlab runner on gitlab registry , the runners are shown in Avtive state but we cannot run the jobs.The jobs are shown in pending state for a long time and does not move ahead.
