Slow loading of Diffs

Summary

Loading of Diffs is extremly slow, same with loading of the Discussions.

Steps to reproduce

After updating to 11.1.2 the loading of discussions and diffs is extremly slow.

System: Linux - Chrome Linux - Firefox

What is the current bug behavior?

Loading of diffs takes up to 30/40 seconds, same for discussions. Some times it also appear, that the browser is flickering(Chrome)

What is the expected correct behavior?

Before in older versions, the Diffs and Discussions were shown nearly instant.

It seems, that an JSON-Request is slowing the things up(Easily to reproduce with Chrome - DevConsole)
