Non-consistency and unpredictability of wiki titles/slugs

Problem to solve

Non-consistency and unpredictability of wiki titles/slugs.

Further details

When creating a new page, I'm asked to enter Page slug (with a hint to use hyphens and lowercase characters how-to-setup). Ok, I fill this field with how-to-setup-macos and at the next step of the page creation I see 3 variations of this field at once: how-to-setup-macos in the address bar, How to setup macos in the title of page <h2>, and how to setup macos in the Title field.

Naturally, I'm trying to correct a typo in the Title field from how to setup macos to How to setup macOS. Next I fill the Content field and click [Create page]. Now I see How-to-setup-macOS in the address bar, and How to setup macos in the title of page. I'm confused.

Next, I turn to page editing and what do I see? Three variations again: How-to-setup-macOS in the address bar, How to setup macos in the title of page and right sidebar, and How to setup macOS in the Title field.

Yes, I understand that the Title field is responsible for the formation of slug, but why then the register is stored in the address bar, and in the header it's ignored. As a result, I do not understand what I need to enter in the Title field so that it's displayed correctly in the title of the page and informatively in the address bar.

Proposal

Separate the Title and Slug fields on the edit page and leave the Slug field without magic so that after fixing the Title field I don't need to run the whole wiki and change the links to this page.
