I currently have Jira configured on a project, and I'd really like to be able to use the "Resolve all discussions in new issue" button
Proposal
When the jira integration is enabled the button should be a hyperlink to create the new issue, containing all of the description:

Not sure what to do about other issue tracker integrations, or how to know when to resolve the comments in the MR.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
