Problem to solve
Issues are used for a variety of reasons, including planning and tracking of routine tasks, such as our MVC review and monthly kick off. In order to continually improve our process we typically create a comment titled :recycle: retrospective thread where commenters can recommend improvements for the next time we execute the process.
Creating this comment is a manual process, which involves someone remembering to create the retrospective thread in the first place. The problem to solve is that I cannot automatically create a comment (to be used as a feedback thread or other purpose) automatically when creating an issue.

Add a /comment quick action. If we do, a user can append whatever comments they want to any issue template, allowing for seamless creation of any pre-populated issue comments/threads.
