Cannot create blank project - no error message
Summary
I use self hosted Gitlab. After migrating to a new server and updating to version 13.0.6 i can't create a blank project. The problem is that i don't get any error message. Creating project using a template works for me.
Steps to reproduce
- Create new project on the page [gitlab_url]/projects/new
- I enter the name and slug
- Visibily level is Public
- After clicking on new project i will get an error without an error message
What is the current bug behavior?
