Dropdown completion menu is broken on the wiki

After upgrading to 11.0.5 gitlab-ce@a4583c3b5769b32e1636facbad4b60103a0cf5eb, I'm experiencing the following regression. The dropdown menu on the wiki is broken.

When I write '#' the dropdown menu is shown, but it spins indefinitely, showing nothing nothing but "Loading..."
