Can not list the correct file path when loading Chinese paths in the Web IDE (Gitlab version 10.7.1)

Summary

When calling the controller: /projects/find_file_controller.rb If the variable, file_paths, contains Chinese names, it seems that the Chinese paths are not displayed properly, e.g., ""\346\346\265\213\350\257\225.md"".

This cause the errors in IDE module, and our Gitlab version is 10.7.1.

Steps to reproduce

Create a file with a Chinese name. Then we enter the ide and see the following results.

I did not find this bug in latest version of Gitlab. Have you fixed this issue in a specific version？

I would be thankful if anyone could provide links to relevant issues or MRs.
