Make it possible to delete docker images of archived project

Problem to solve

When archiving a project with images in the corresponding docker registry, the images will most likely be unmaintained and should not be used any more.

Proposal

Delete the project images when archiving the corresponding project in GitLab or at least make it possible to click the delete button in the registry overview after the project got archived.
