Add a way to indicate to the reviewer that work on the discussion is done

Problem to solve

When you are reviewing other one's code, you are starting discussions and want those discussions to be visible until you won't agreed with the developer that they are resolved. To indicate you that developer think that him done the work on the discussion, he should write a comment like "Hey, I've done!", or smth similar. It mess up the discussion

Further details/Proposal

Add a flag to the discussion, that indicates that the developer thinks that he has done. The reviewer then can continue the discussion or resolve it.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

There is a way to indicate to the reviewer, that work on a discussion is done. The discussion is not collapsed until it resolved
