Comment on multiple separate lines (that may be in different files) in MR

Sometimes the exact same comment can apply to multiple separate lines that may be in different files (for example: this is especially common in comments about code style).

When it concerns a very large amount of lines to which you want to add the same comment this can be cumbersome and error prone at the moment.
