Webhook Trigger Fails sometime

Hi, I'm using GitLab CE 11.0.3. I have configured a webhook for my project. Sometime the webhook trigger not happened. How to check those failure logs?

I have configured my webhook for issue events and note events.

Note: It's approximately 2 failures in a 10 webhook events.
