Can't dismiss "To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS."

Summary

Every issue detail page has a message:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS.

and I can't get rid of it (assuming I don't want LFS).

It's on by default on gitlab.com

What is the current bug behavior?

There's a message added onto every issue, and it doesn't have "[x]", "dismiss", or similar to make it disappear.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I don't know what designs are. I can't find an option to disable "designs".

I don't use LFS, and I'd rather not enable it just to get rid of that message. I am annoyed by the clutter it adds.

Possible fixes

• Add a button to permanently remove this message without enabling either designs or LFS.

• Complain about LFS only after user tries to use designs.

• Just enable LFS when user uploads designs.
