Private profile still disclosing personal information

Problem to solve

Currently setting a user profile as private gives a false feel of privacy. There is information like the account name and/or User name disclosed when accessing the user profile page. This enables anonymous users to know that this specific individual is using the Gitlab service. Also disclosing this information into Web Search engines.

Intended users

Organizations/Companies that want to follow a privacy by design approach and avoid that any personal information can be leaked in case a user has chosen to have a private profile.

Proposal

Add the hability to disable completely any personal information when a private profile is enabled. Either by remove the Full name from the private profile or remove both full name and account name. Additionally a reference to "Private profile" can be shown to clarify why the information is not displayed.

@hsutor This is a major concern (and possible churn risk) for an enterprise SaaS customer. They seem shocked to discover that their employees now have completely public user profiles, including their full name and GitLab username (which shares the fact they are employees of this customer). Is there any chance of making a change in this area in the near term?
