Closing an issue via issue board does not create an activity event

Closing an issue via Issue Board does not show up in Activity feed. Inconsistency compared to issue page.

Steps to reproduce

• Closing an issue via "Close" button on the issue page created an event shown in activity feed
• Closing an issua via moving it to the default "Closed" column on Issue boards, does not.

What is the current bug behavior?

Closing an issua via moving it to the default "Closed" column on Issue boards, does not create an activity event. This is inconsistent.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Closing an issua via moving it to the default "Closed" column on Issue boards creates an activity event just like closing an issue on the issue page.
