Highlighting praise in code review

We already have something similar in the GitLab team, as @pslaughter has slowly established the Conventional Comments approach, and "Praise" is one of the labels, but maybe this is something where we could take an effort to highlight these positive aspects, to celebrate this together with the users and give them a good feeling.

Something similar we are already doing is highlighting merge requests that are the first contribution of a user, which has been highlighted and praised multiple times by users: https://twitter.com/colbyfayock/status/1263207436783169537

@pedroms Maybe you already have a first idea in mind how this could fit into the flow and the UI, otherwise this could be a fun one to brainstorm about and pull in other designers, @mnearents also already mentioned that he has experience with designing celebrations.
