UI bugs were encountered during authoring and reviewing MR

Participants mentioned the following bugs they encountered while authoring and/or reviewing MR:

• One participant could see MR comments but his coworker couldn’t

• ‘Failed to load’ message is displayed almost every day upon page load

• When a MR is approved, the count of the assigned approvers doesn’t update

Actionable insight:

• Review these UI bugs and address each of them. The more stable the UI is, the more trust our users will have in the information we provide to them.
