Search Commit ID in Global Search

If the user paste a Commit ID in Global Search or NavBar Search it should directly get identified and take the user directly to that Commit. Because you can pattern match a Commit ID you maybe able to limit this to a field search or even query a different API.

As this issue describes the concept of direct matching could be used for other value types. #19646 (closed)
