Improve squash and commit

One participant noted that the Squash and the Commit messages were missing upon reviewing the MR.

Another participant stated that GitHub creates a more useful commit message as it contains a list of all of the changes. He found this more useful than the more generic single commit message that GitLab provides.

Another participant stated it took too much time to click backwards twice after creating a milestone from a MR.

Actionable insight:

• Ensure squash and commit messages are always displayed for MRs.
• Provide a more detailed commit message.
• Allow users to easily access their MR once they create a Milestone.
