CI service config additions

Services currently do not allow project specific config except through environment variables, requiring in some cases a gitlab specific image. I would like the full set of config options available to a docker container setup (script, volume mapping to project directory, etc). The specific use case is using the cucumber-selenium image requires mapping the project directory to a volume for it to access the cucumber test definitions and to generate result reports and mp4 of test runs.
