Add Warning message in Repository File when it reaches limit

In this issue, we will be implementing a "show more" button when the repository files reach the limit (tentatively 1000). It might be helpful to also add a warning message somewhere above the file. That way the user will be informed that a limit has been hit and if they want to see the rest of their files, they should click the "show more" button.
