Update SLOC Lines of Code counter OSS Project For Customer Enablement

I am hoping someone can help enhance the open source project SLOC so that it can count MBs of code in addition to its current capabilities.

This would help everyone predict security scanner costs when thier scanners charge by MBs scanned.

By enhancing the open source project directly it can be used by users who are not using GitLab, but may be considering using it.

It is written in GO.
