GraphQL - retrieve timelogs for users

I would like to be able to retrieve timelog data for the whole instance by user.

giving user @mlindsay, what did he spend time on last week. Given user(S) @mlindsay and say @jordan_ng what did THEY spend time on last week. As it sits right now, I grab all timespend data from anywhere on gitlab.com and filter my users out of it, after the fact.

@jordan_ng and myself write reports on that stuff about what our team does for management. So usually, we are looking for 15-20 people, but have to pull back anyone who spent time on an issue. Realistically, right now, its only us.
