Easier EE Trial licenses

Description

Note this is still in discussion phase until we establish the best mechanism to achieve the functionality.

We want to create a simpler experience for people downloading EE to achieve trial functionality.

Options:

1. After initially installing and running EE, the server automatically activates a 14 day trial with no user intervention or registration.
2. In order to capture customer details for sales leads, an unlicensed new installation would provide the admin a registration form, that will submit the data to our systems (Zuora/Salesforce?) and then activate the license.

Questions:

1. What sort of license do we activate? EEP by default or provide the ability to choose?
2. Where in the process would this occur? Before even setting admin password?
3. What happens when the trial runs out?
